350 g | ‘Fresca’ Cooked Shrimp, thawed and drained |
3Tbsp | Good quality Cocktail sauce |
12 | Cos Lettuce Leaves, larger size |
1 | Lemon Salt and Pepper to season |

- Place the shrimp into a bowl and spoon in the cocktail sauce.
- Mix to combine and evenly coat the shrimp.
- Arrange leaves onto plates then spoon in even amounts of the cocktail mix.
- Slice lemon and then squeeze over the dish. Season and serve.
