375 g | ‘Fresca’ Sriracha Tempura Prawns, thawed | 6 | Brioche Hot Dog Rolls | 3-4 | Cos Lettuce Leaves, shredded Kewpie Mayo to serve |

- Toast the rolls in an oven under a medium grill for 3-4min to warm through.
- Place the prawns into a hot, pre oiled pan and cook for 2-3min or until crispy.
- Open the rolls up and place in some lettuce, followed by a prawn.
- Dress with mayo and serve hot. Remaining prawns are great eaten as is.
