Creamy Garlic Prawns (2 serves)
350 g | ‘Fresca’ Raw Peeled Prawn Meat, thawed and drained | 2tsp | Garlic, minced | 200mL | Thickened Cream | 4-5 | sprigs of Italian parsley, finely chopped | 1cup | Cooked Jasmine Rice Salt and Pepper to season |

- Place the prawns and garlic into a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper then stir well.
- Place into a hot, pre oiled pan and saute for 1-2min.
- Add in the cream and cook for a further 2min or until the cream has reduced and thickened slightly.
- Add in the parsley and remove from heat. Place the rice onto a plate then place prawns next to rice.
- Spoon over the creamy sauce and serve hot.
