1. Place the oil, garlic and chilies into a large non-stick pan and sauté until they become fragrant.
2. Place the crab meat into the pan and gently cook for 3min.
3. Add the pasta, dill and capers and stir through until well combined.
4. Season with sea salt and cracked black pepper then serve into large individual bowl plates.
5. Serve with a good shaving of the parmesan cheese, a sprinkle of lemon zest and a little drizzle extra of the oil.
