Add some marinara mix to make it a complete seafood chowder

INGREDIENTS
LET’S GET COOKING
1. In a large pan heat a little vegetable oil and sauté the vegetables for 2-3min being careful not to color.
2. Add the wine and cook for a further 2min then set aside.
3. In a medium saucepan melt the butter then add the flour.
4. Cook out the flour until the mix goes a paler color then add the mix.
5. Whisk together to smooth out the lumps then gradually add the fish stock, continually whisking to keep it smooth.
6. Check the texture and if needed add a touch more milk to let down.
7. Add the fish pieces and the cooked vegetables and cook for 5-6min.
8. Add the fresh dill and season with salt (garlic salt if you have it) and freshly cracked black pepper.
9. Serve in a small crusty roll.
