If chilli is not your thing…try it with smoked paprika!

INGREDIENTS
LET’S GET COOKING
1. Marinade the prawns in the garlic, lime and cayenne with a little vegetable oil. Coat evenly and allow to marinade for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat a large frying pan to quite a hot temperature. Add the prawns and cook for a minute.
3. Throw in the tequila. If you are using a gas cooktop be VERY careful.
4. The alcohol will flambé fiercely! Toss the prawns in the pan until cooked.
5. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately, either with rice or salad, or just by itself.
