Try making your own flavoured mayo to have with your tacos

INGREDIENTS
LET’S GET COOKING
1. Mix the cabbage, onion, sweetcorn and mint together in a bowl and dress the salad with the lemon juice.
2. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate. Heat a good amount of vegetable oil in a pan and carefully place your prawns into the pan.
3. Shallow fry the prawns for 5min, turning as you go to make a golden brown colour to the crumbs.
4. Remove from the pan and place onto some paper towel to absorb any remaining oil.
5. Assemble the taco with the chilled salad on the bottom, then the prawn and finish with a few drops of tabasco and sauce
