Seafood Marinara isn’t all the same, look and ask for local seafood

INGREDIENTS
LET’S GET COOKING
1. Thaw the Marinara mix by placing the sealed pack into the kitchen sink with cold water for 20-30min.
2. Whilst thawing cook the cavatelli pasta following the instruction on the pack.
3. In a large frying pan, heat a little olive oil. Add the marinara mix to the pan and gently cook for 3-4min. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan place the chorizo, garlic and onion and sauté for 2min. Add the wine and deglaze the pan for a further minute.
5. Add the tomatoes and simmer until the sauce has thickened slightly.
6. Return the seafood and add the basil leaves and stir together.
7. Add the cooked pasta and heat gently until seafood is cooked and pasta is warm.
8. Use a little of the pasta water to let down the sauce before serving.
9. Serve with some grated pecorino, a touch of salt and some cracked black pepper.
