2- Pulse until the ingredients are a rough paste but not too fine as you want it slightly chunky for a better texture of sauce.
3- Place the mayonnaise into a bowl then carefully pour in the paste from food processor.
4- Add the lemon juice and fold through until the mixture is well combined.
5- Season the sauce with pepper and a touch of sugar to balance the tarte and salty taste.
