Using cooked lobster takes the hassle out of making the dish from scratch

Mix the 2Tbsp of parmesan cheese, panko crumbs, parsley, lemon zest and melted butter in a small bowl and set aside.
Remove the meat from the lobsters and cut into bite size pieces. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan then stir in the flour.
Cook for 1-2min then gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.
Cook until the sauce thickens then add the mustard, parmesan cheese and the pieces of lobster meat.
Cook for another minute then remove from heat.
Add the cream and stir through.
Spoon the mixture back into the lobster shells and sprinkle with the topping mix.
Place under a grill in the oven and cook until topping has just browned
