350 g | ‘Fresca’ Cooked and Peeled prawns, thawed and drained |
350 g | Watermelon, cut into 2cm chunks |
350 g | Smooth or Danish Feta |
350 g | Mint Leaves, finely chopped |
350 g | French Style Dressing |
350 g | Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Pepper to season |
let’s get cooking
- Place the prawns, watermelon and mint into a large bowl.
- Spoon over the dressing and olive oil then season with pepper.
- Mix together by hand then arrange into a bowl.
- Crumble over the feta and serve chilled.
